Nebraska corruptocrat, Ben Nelson, flipped his wig over an investigation into the Constitutionality of a bribe Nelson solicited from Democrat Majority Leader,BenNelson Harry Reid. The bribe bought Nelson’s support for ObamaCare in the Senate the week before Christmas.

In a phone call Thursday, Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., urged South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster to reconsider, Politico reported. McMaster is the head of a group of 13 GOP state attorneys general who are threatening to file a lawsuit against the Senate health care bill.

Nelson asked McMaster to "call off the dogs," according to a copy of the memo sent by McMaster’s chief of staff to other GOP state attorneys general detailing the call and obtained by Politico.

The attorneys general are challenging the constitutionality of a Medicaid provision in the bill that they say benefits Nebraska at the expense of other states.

This report comes one day after we learned the Missouri Sovereignty Project has asked Missouri Attorney General, Chris Koster, to join the 13 other AGs fighting this Washington corruption.

20178_106133532731850_100000056112997_164646_8237843_n[1] Nelson’s “request” clearly demonstrates both his ignorance of the American system and his spinelessness. Having taken the bold stand of supporting ObamaCare in exchange for permanent tax exemption for Nebraska, he now says “get lost” to the states who must pick up the slack for Nebraska’s deadbeats. Perhaps it’s time the 49 states who will be forced to pay this bribe to boycott anything that comes out of Nebraska.

If you think Ben Nelson should resign immediately, please ask him politely to do so. Twitter: @senbennelson, facebook campaign AGAINST Ben Nelson, or
