WASHINGTON/DETROIT (Reuters) – The sale of bankrupt automaker Chrysler LLC to a group led by Italian carmaker Fiat SpA was temporarily blocked by a U.S. Supreme Court justice on Monday, with no indication how long the delay would last.
In a one-sentence order, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the bankruptcy judge's orders allowing the sale "are stayed pending further order" by her or by the Supreme Court.
If the case is presented to the full court there is no chance that it will not be overturned and sent back to be re-worked with in the confines of the Constitution. If Ginsburg rules on it herself the case will be upheld and justice will be set back at least 50 years. Starting with Bush and on to Obama the White House has acted like a wild Boer in field of tame pigs.......Speaking of pigs, what do you think about this hot stimulus package. My grandmother could have spent that money faster than this administration has. Only 5% has been spent so far. More lies from Pennsylvania Avenue. Maybe we should give everyone a $100,000 check. MAYBE WE SHOULD GIVE EVERYONE $1,000,000 AND A NEW CHEVROLET OR CHRYSTLER. OR MAYBE WE SHOULD GIVE EVERYONE $1,000,0000, A NEW CAR , FREE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR A YEAR, AND A CAP AND TRADE CREDIT. OR FINALLY WE SHOULD GIVE EVERYONE $1,000,000, A FREE CAR, FREE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 3 YEARS, A CAP AND TRADE CREDIT, AND A FREE ROUND TRIP ON NANCY PELOSI'S JET.......GOOD NIGHT GRACIE???????
